Delivery & Collection

1. Burnups Home Style operates stores in Cannonvale and Bowen servicing the Whitsunday region.

2. Full payment is required prior to delivery or in-store collection of the items purchased.

3. We offer local delivery or in-store collection at Bowen or Cannonvale.We do not ship goods. If you are unsure as to whether your location is considered local, please contact your nearest store.

4. We operate our own delivery trucks allowing our team to provide flexible and timely delivery of your purchases.

5. Our Sales team will be in contact with you within 48 hours to discuss your order and determine which delivery method is appropriate for your order.

6. Delivery rates vary depending on the delivery address, costs will be displayed at check-out. Please note that delivery of large items with difficult access may incur additional costs.

7. We offer standard delivery to the following locations

Airlie Beach, Cannonvale, Jubilee Pocket, Shute Harbour, Strathdickie, Mount Julian, Proserpine, Bowen and Merinda areas.
Conway Beach, Dingo Beach, Hideaway Bay, Crystal Brook, Lethebrook, Kelsey Creek, Collinsville, Ayr and Home Hill areas.

8. We offer special delivery to the following locations

Hamilton Island
Midgepoint, Bloomsbury and Mackay areas

9. Additional Services are available – please contact the store to arrange a quote

Unpack new furniture and removal of old furniture
Unpack and assemble flat packs

10. Standard delivery includes delivering the items to the designated room. Difficult access delivery, building, unpacking or removal old goods is not included in standard delivery.

11. Please note: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that goods purchased can reasonably fit through the home entryway/hallways into the space desired. Difficult access deliveries will incur additional delivery charges.

12. All purchases delivered or collected must be signed for and any damages noted on the delivery docket.

13. If you are unable to take receipt of the items purchased at the arranged delivery time, there will be an additional delivery charge.
