By shopping on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
General
1. We reserve the right to update the Terms and Conditions relating to our website without prior notice.
Product and General Warranty
2. Natural products have natural variation in tone/colour and feel, items delivered may vary slightly from displayed goods online or in store.
3. Keep upholstery and timber goods out of direct sunlight as it can cause discolouration and/or warping
4. Condition leather goods every 3-4 months with Guardsman leather product. A NOTE ABOUT MEDICATION: If leather has consistent skin to leather contact with a person on medications, it can cause a chemical reaction which may damage the leather finish. If a reaction occurs this is not a product fault. For those on medications we recommend using head/arm or sofa covers to avoid skin to leather contact.
Ordering Online
5. It is your responsibility to verify the details of the product you are purchasing prior to placing an online order, this includes brand, model, quantity, size, colour and price.
6. If you have any queries relating to a product, please contact us via email at sales@burnup.com.au or call 07 4948 8000 prior to placing your online order.
7. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or wrong selection of product.
8. If we agree to a product being returned, we may offer a store credit, minus a 20% restocking fee. Goods must be in their original packaging and condition.
9. The estimated time of arrival (ETA) for special orders is based on information provided by our suppliers and may change due to factors beyond our control.
10. All online orders require full payment at the time of ordering this includes In Stock, Clearance and Special-order items.
Payment
11. All prices on the website are GST inclusive. Delivery charges are not included and will be added at the time of checkout.
12. Prices listed on the website may change without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check prior to making an on-line purchase.
13. We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard credit cards and PayPal.
14. Finance options such as Latitude Finance, After Pay and Zip Pay are available in store only. Please give your nearest store a call to discuss your options.
Delivery or collection
15. Full payment is required prior to delivery or in-store collection of the items purchased.
16. We offer local delivery or in-store collection at Bowen or Cannonvale. We do not ship goods. If you are unsure as to whether your location is considered local, please contact your nearest store.
17. Delivery rates vary depending on the delivery address, costs will be displayed at check-out. Please note that delivery of large items with difficult access may incur additional costs.
18. All purchases delivered or collected must be signed for and any damages noted on the delivery docket.
19. If you are unable to take receipt of the items purchased at the arranged delivery time, there will be an additional delivery charge.
20. After your online sale is completed, your nearest store will contact you to book in a delivery/collection date.
21. All deliveries and collections must be booked in with your nearest store. Our sales team will contact you after making the purchase to book in a delivery/collection date.
22. If purchasing goods with a specific or urgent delivery/collection date in mind, please contact the store prior to completing your transaction to ensure we can accommodate your desired time.
